Hager has an opening for a Supervisor of Technical Product Support to oversee the staff handling door hardware application support.
Qualified candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must have at least 6 years of work experience in a technical support role handling door hardware. Knowledge of master key systems and electrified hardware and access control is strongly preferred. AHC certification is preferred, and supervisory experience is also a plus.
