PROJECT MANAGER

PURCHASING ASSISTANT
A minimum of five years experience in the commercial door and hardware industry is required, with an emphasis on purchasing commercial door hardware and a good knowledge of doors and frames. Experience with purchasing toilet accessories and partitions would be an asset.

The qualified individual will be familiar with all major hardware manufacturers’ products and capable of reviewing orders for accuracy and procuring products both from manufacturers and quick-ship wholesalers based on job schedules. Skills must include the ability to read and interpret blueprints and door and hardware schedules. Familiarity with door hardware scheduling software is beneficial.

PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR
A minimum of five years experience dealing with Division 10 products with an emphasis on Toilet Partitions and Accessories. Must be able to read blueprints, provide layout drawings to customers and have a good knowledge of ADA code requirements for Toilet Rooms and Stalls. Knowledge of all major manufacturers' products and applications required. Experience with field measuring and layout would be an asset.

Attention to detail, a good work ethic and the ability to work without constant supervision are essential qualities for these positions.
