How does your firm’s employee compensation package stack up in the industry? To help you evaluate your situation, DHI offers a corporate member only bi-annual Employee Compensation Study and Report with approximately 2,000 firms in over 30 distribution lines of trade who participate.
COMPENSATION STUDY + REPORT
The best source of financial benchmarks for our industry is the DHI Profit Report, a compilation of our industry distributor participants’ profit performance, with comparisons by company size and geographic regions. This report presents a wealth of financial and operating guidelines and provides direct comparisons between your firm and other participating firms. Distributor corporate members are eligible to participate in the Profit Survey and will receive the exclusive Financial Performance Report (FPR), a breakdown of a survey participant’s company results highlighted with suggested areas of improvement. While the Profit Report is provided to all corporate members, the Financial Performance Report (FPR) is only available to firms that participate in the survey.
