In-Person Courses

DHI offers a variety of dynamic, in-person learning experiences through both local events and on-site programs tailored to your needs.

DHI Classroom Series

DHI’s Classroom Series provides in-person, instructor-led training designed to strengthen foundational and advanced knowledge in non-residential door and hardware systems. Hosted twice a year, and at various locations, these intensive courses offer hands-on learning, real-world application, and direct access to industry experts. The Classroom Series is ideal for professionals seeking immersive education in codes, specifications, installation, and product application, and serves as a critical pathway toward DHI credentials like the DHT, DHC, AHC and CFDAI. A list of courses for each Classroom Series event is announced at the time of registration launch and can be found in the link below.

In-House and Local Education

DHI chapters and individuals who have enough participants to host a local class can apply to do so and purchase instructor and student materials for the DHI training classes of their choice. Applications must be submitted to education@dhi.org at least six weeks in advance of your class dates. Or, keep your team on-site and on track by bringing DHI classes directly to your location!
